I have never been a huge fan of the Early Doctor Adventures, except for the Third Doctor. I think this is because of Big Finish’s odd refusal to replace the first two actors who played the Doctor with new actors and instead have very old companions voice their young personas AND the Doctor. No offense to Frazer Hines, but he is almost 80 years old. He just doesn’t sound like Jamie from the 1960s at ALL anymore. And, he does a passable version of the .

Thompson not only writes pretty good material, but he really sounds like the late Patrick Troughton! Big Finish should hire HIM!

Yes, these are “fan made”, which means a few people almost seem to get their knickers in a twist when I put them up. I don’t care. I think these are excellent, and hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

Let’s hope Christ Thompson makes more adventures!
